Our client is looking to hire a PC Tech on a contract basis who will be able to work onsite…
- Imaging Windows/Mac workstations and preparing them for shipping according to client specifications.
- Provides support to PC users on multiple platforms and operating systems.
- Occasionally interact directly with clients.
- Communicates independently, effectively, clearly, and professionally with managers, supervisors, and customers.
- Develop system documentation.
The appropriate individual will have the following:
- General PC imaging
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit or similar solution preferred
- General inventory management including shipping/receiving
- Familiarity with Active Directory user management
- Familiarity with VPNs
- General Microsoft Office Suite/O365 familiarity
- MacOS is preferred
- Some Server & Networking skills are nice to have
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance is preferred
